To whom this may concern, I was recently informed by Jim and Cynthia Hayes of rural Elk Point, South Dakota were under attack for owning and operating a business involved in the raising and sales of dogs. I have know the Hayes family for many years, I have been to their home and place of business, and it is in no way similar to a puppy mill the media and other’s try to portray. This is a family run business with two generous and caring individuals. The structure where the animals are cared for is clean and inviting. Most people would not be able to recognize the difference between this office and a veterinarian’s office. If anyone has questions please contact me at the above number.
